Shipping information
We offer a flat shipping fee of only 6.95! We only ship to the continental US at this time for those prices. (We ship to Alaska and Hawaii, but the shipping price is $30. If you live outside the US, please email us for a shipping price quote. All products are custom made to fill each order. Your purchase will be shipped anywhere from 5-9 business days from the date of purchase. Please plan on 2-10 additional days for shipping.
Do to the large number of products we sell and the different color options, we don't have craft kits or wall lettering in our inventory (if we were to keep just one of each layout and color on hand it would be close to 10,000 different items). If vinyl isn't used with in a few weeks from being cut, then it becomes harder for you to use. So please be patient as we process your order, it will be worth the wait! We do keep our vinyl and wood well stocked, but we just don't cut it until we are filling the orders....this keeps your wood from warping and your vinyl fresh and easy to apply.
Orders ship thru UPS and the US post office. If your order ships via UPS, then you will be emailed a tracking #. Due to order size and weight, Thoughts in Vinyl will determine the shipping method for your order.
Local Orders
Your purchase will be ready for pick anywhere from 5-9 business days from the date of order. Once your order is ready for pick up, then you will be sent an email letting you know your order is ready with a map to show you where to pick up your order.
Rush Orders
If you need your order by a certain date, please email us an we will do our best to accomodate. Rush shipping fees and/or rush production fees may apply.
PayPal (E-Check)
If you submit your order thru PayPal and send the funds with an e-Check, then your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared. We will do our best to ship within 7 business days after your order is placed, however we can not control how soon your funds will clear which may result in your order being delayed by a 1-3 days. (E-Checks tipically take 2-5 business days to clear.)
If you use PayPal and pay with an instant transfer or credit card, then your order funds immediately. These orders will ship within our regular time frame.
