November Craft — Small Plaques

For this month’s craft, I thought it would be fun to come up with some inexpensive ideas for Christmas gifts. I have put together two different small plaques to choose from.   The overall size is 6″x12″ — the perfect size to sit anywhere from an end table, to a bookshelf, a desk, or even a window seal.

This plaque says “Together we make a Family”.  This option will be great if you don’t know the est. date of the families on your christmas list!
I didn’t want to leave out all the cute little kids on your christmas list either, so this last plaque features the child’s first name (with the option of including their middle name in the lower right corner at no additional charge)
What little kid wouldn’t love to have a plaque of their own to sit on their chest of drawers or shelf in their own room.
To put together these plaques, I modpodged scrapbook paper on the back board, and then just painted the top board a dark brown and tacked it in place with some decorative nails.
The price for these cute unfinished plaques is just $9 each! (plus tax)
Kit includes:
two boards (the smaller board will come predrilled),
4 decorative nails,
and vinyl (in your choice of black, white, cream or brown)
